Founded by me, Tony Bones in New Orleans back in 2013, Lockjaw started out in the bedroom of my old house on the banks of the Mississippi. While killing time and recuperating from a nasty leg injury sustained from a very sharp, very rusty piece of metal (hence the name “Lockjaw”), I made a knife from an old metal file and caught the bug. A few years and thousands of knives later I’m still at it, doing all i can to make the very best knives possible. Lockjaw is currently based in Atlanta, GA.
